I want to lose fat in my thighs. I have mostly muscle in my thighs and some fat. I want my thighs to be very skinny and not muscular so how can I lose fat and not get more muscle?

Basic answer is Diet, Cardio and less protein intake.
Every diet utilizes one main factor; Calorie Deficit (google it). If you have a calorie deficit, you will lose body fat.
Cardio burns calories, which will help with the Calorie Deficit.
Protein is the nutrient that actually builds muscle. If there is a deficit in protein, your body breaks down muscle, but can’t repair it. In return, you lose muscle mass. I don’t know why you would want this, though.
