I am on the intermediate/advanced level. I would like to lose about 10 pounds and tone up my hips and thighs (I am soooo wide for my weight) and also lose my love handles. I love the Firm workout video from about 2002, but I think my body is used to that video from doing it so long. Any other good suggestions? Is anyone doing the newest Firm workout video? Fluidity also caught my eye. I would love to try the P90X video also. Thanks is advance!
