I’m needing to get fit to join the military and ultimately need to be able to do 75 press ups, 10 under arm heaves, and 100 sit ups. I need to do each on of them in 2 minutes.
I want to know a good upper body circuit training workout so that I can train all muscles in my upper body because all I’ve been doing is push ups and pull ups and I dont seem to be getting very far.
What exercises should I do and how many?
